How long does shipping take for The Hustle Wig products?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom units and pre-orders, please allow 7-14 business days for processing before shipment.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Custom-cut lace and worn units are final sale.
Can I apply heat to the wigs?
Yes, all our wigs are made from 100% Brazilian virgin human hair. You can curl, flat iron, and style them just like your natural hair, but we recommend using a heat protectant spray to maintain longevity.
How do I choose the right cap size?
Most of our wigs come in a standard 'Medium' size (22.5 inches) which fits 95% of customers. Our caps feature adjustable straps and combs for a secure, customizable fit.
Do you offer installment payment plans?

How long will my wig last?
With proper care and maintenance, The Hustle Wig units can last 1-2 years. We recommend regular deep conditioning and storing your wig on a mannequin head when not in use.
